We are building an AI-powered voice platform designed specifically for auto repair shops and service departments.

Every day, repair shops miss dozens of phone calls while technicians and service advisors are busy helping customers in the shop. Those missed calls often mean lost repair orders and thousands of dollars in missed revenue.

Our platform solves this by acting as a 24/7 AI service advisor that answers calls, books appointments, and captures missed opportunities.

We already have paying customers across the U.S. and are now hiring our first true sales hunter to help us scale.

This is a founding Account Executive role where you will work directly with the leadership team to build the outbound sales engine.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a high-activity, full-cycle sales role.

You will own the entire pipeline — from first dial to closed customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cold calling auto repair shops and service departments

• Running short demos with shop owners and operators

• Managing trials and converting them into paying customers

• Closing deals and driving monthly revenue growth

• Helping refine messaging, scripts, and outbound strategy

• Working directly with the founding team to scale the sales motion

This role requires someone comfortable with high outbound activity (100+ calls/day) and strong conversations with small business owners.

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling to auto repair shops or automotive service businesses

• Strong outbound sales mindset and prospecting discipline

• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day

• Experience running demos and closing SMB deals

• Strong objection handling and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment

• Automotive marketing platforms

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

Uncapped Commission:

On Target Earnings: $120,000 – $150,000+

Early employee equity opportunity available.
