Fleet Sales Manager – Latvia
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the efficient operation and continuous development of the fleet sales department across two Moller Auto dealer centres – Moller Auto Krasta and Moller Auto Lidosta
- Leading and inspiring a team of new car sales consultants
- Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and a strong customer-centric culture
- Regularly analysing market trends and contributing to the development of the fleet sales strategy
- Ensuring that sales processes comply with Volkswagen factory quality standards
- Strengthening customer loyalty to Moller Auto and the Volkswagen brand in Latvia
- Maintaining and expanding strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new partners to support long-term business growth
- Regularly visiting key customers to understand their needs, strengthen cooperation, and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or within the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and consistently deliver results
- Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English
- A strategic mindset with a strong results-oriented approach
- Good understanding of sales processes and the financial aspects of business

Monthly salary:
EUR 3,300 – 4,300 gross, depending on the candidate’s experience, education, and professional competencies.
