【Job Responsibilities】

1. Fleet Sales Strategy Development:

– Identify and target key fleet customers, including corporatefleets, government agencies, rental companies, and other high-volume buyers.

– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify newopportunities for growth.

2. Building Fleet Company Relationships:

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with fleetcompanies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction andretention.

– Act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers,addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

– Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, andnegotiations to promote GAC products and services.

3. Supporting Dealership Network:

– Work closely with dealerships to identify and pursue fleetopportunities within their regions.

– Provide training and support to dealership sales teams on fleetsales processes, product knowledge, and customerengagement.

– Assist dealerships in developing customized proposals andsolutions for fleet customers.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

– Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports asrequired.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

– Undertake other tasks assigned by the company or seniormanagement, demonstrating adaptability and responsivenessto evolving business needs.

【Job Qualifications】

1. 5+ years of experience in fleet sales, business development, orvehicle sales within the automotive industry.Proven track record in developing and executing successfulfleet sales strategies.

2. Strong understanding of Australia's fleet market, includingcorporate,government, and rental segments.

3. Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term relationships with high-volume fleet customers.

4. Experience supporting or working within an automotivedealership network.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, and marketanalysis.
