Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines and fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Repair or replace defective mechanical components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Follow HSE standards and workshop safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely maintenance and minimize vehicle downtime.
Requirements:
- Diploma or vocational training in Diesel Mechanics.
- 2–5 years of experience in diesel vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals and work effectively in a team.
