We are looking for a results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle operations. If you have a passion for logistics, an eye for detail, and strong leadership skills — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activity and documentation
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and service providers
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
• Valid US Visa — required
• English proficiency B2+ (written and spoken) — required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license
