Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute fleet operations as an independent fleet manager of CEE customers in English and Polish, mainly in Full Service Lease-funded fleets (daily operations, tendering, reporting, vendor coordination)
- Support of client's company car Users as the first point of contact and cooperation with the Client's managers (in English and Polish)
- Coverage of CEE (various countries) – stationary from the Warsaw hub office
- Entering data into the fleet system, monitoring and controlling its quality (cost, vehicle and a User data)
- Preparing reports in the system and Excel (current fleet, costs, contracts, etc.).
- Reporting line to Team KAM and International KAM
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in car fleet administration with the Full Service Lease (CFM) model for a fleet of more than 50 cars
- Good communication in English (oral and written min. B2)
- Mother tongue: Polish is essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication (with colleagues and clients) as well as analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and "can-do attitude"
