National Concrete Washout is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have mechanical aptitude, a CDL driver’s license, experience in dispatch, scheduling and welding, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in peak condition.
- Manage scheduling and dispatch of drivers, optimizing routes and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers to address any issues or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in diesel maintenance and repair.
- CDL driver’s license is required.
- Experience in dispatch and scheduling is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience
