Role Description The Fleet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Norcross Georgia. This role oversees daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and driver assignments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transportation activities. The Fleet Manager monitors fleet performance, analyzes operational data, and implements process improvements to optimize costs and service levels. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to DOT regulations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and addressing operational issues in real time. The role also involves supervising or guiding fleet staff, supporting safety initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning for fleet growth and optimization.

- Proficiency with fleet management software and basic office productivity tools.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
