A leading global agribusiness, is looking for a Fleet Manager to drive the future of its DOT-regulated fleet operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead fleet governance, optimise asset performance and help shape a modern, efficient and compliant fleet strategy across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead enterprise-wide fleet operations and governance
- Manage the full fleet asset lifecycle, from procurement through to disposal
- Drive fleet utilisation, cost control and operational efficiency
- Ensure DOT compliance, registrations and regulatory readiness
- Oversee telematics, fleet reporting and data-driven decision making
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support long-term fleet planning, sustainability initiatives and capital forecasting
About you:
- 4+ years' experience in fleet, transportation, logistics or supply chain
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong understanding of DOT compliance and fleet operations
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Fleet certifications are advantageous but not essential
