Essential job functions:
* perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify vehicle issues.
* conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship.
* replace worn or damaged vehicle parts as needed.
* order and manage inventory of replacement parts to maintain shop efficiency.
* assist with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the repair shop.
* follow safety procedures and industry standards while performing repairs.
* communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Qualifications:
* previous experience as an automotive technician or similar role preferred.
* knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and replacement parts.
* strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* basic computer skills for parts ordering and repair documentation.
* physical ability to lift, move, and work on vehicles as needed.
