What You’ll Do
- Monitor transport efficiency and performance, reporting incidents and KPI trends.
- Manage domestic transportation plans with Supply Chain Specialists.
- Complete RAV submissions within required timelines.
- Provide system administration and training support for dealer-facing platforms.
- Assist with monthly internal sales accounts, stock allocation, and reporting.
- Support twice-yearly vehicle stocktakes and monthly reporting processes.
- Process invoices and provide general administrative support across the department.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in dealership/ logistics /or supply chain.
- Strong customer focus with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Confident problem‑solver with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) and intermediate Excel skills.
