Job Description
Act as G&A expenses controller for All admin functions:
- To confirm company’s assumption (common expenses) in Budget/Forecast timing,
- Summary report of G&A’s headcount (NMT group)
- Summary report G&A expenses of all functions (including labor cost which submit from HR) – NMT group
- Control G&A expenses by functions with closely communication with budget owner
- Summary report to management (as presentation)
- Prepare recharge report to inter-companies (once a year)
- Others business financial (Aftersales / Part export) analyst:
– To develop P/L for Part export business
– To support team in P&L analysis and reporting for both sales and costs
– To work closely with team to ensure on the budget/forecast accuracy
– To prepare Aftersales / Part export by customers for Inter-company submission in HFM
– Complete “Excel package” in Aftersales / Part export area
- Inter-company recharge:
– Manage all transactions related to recharge from inter-companies
– Prepare recharge report to inter-companies (once a year)
- Monthly actual operation:
– Actual G&A expenses (All admin functions):
– Prepare of G&A expense report by function (SAP)
– Sharing report (Low Code) to each function within WD7
(Some functions are WD3 such as HR, GA, SCM, IS etc.)
– Prepare variance analysis report to support Firm VA report WD10 (by confirming with functions)
- Actual Aftersales analysis:
– Prepare end-of-month analysis report to function within WD5
– Participate in a monthly meeting with Aftersales team to perform a variance analysis and continuous improvement on the accuracy
– Carry out special investigations and ad hoc assignment as required
- Variance analysis (VA) report:
– WD4 all scope in assigned, complete variance (flash) in ROP flash report (VA file)
– WD8 complete Firmed version
– WD10 prepare for Firm VA report meeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, major in Managerial Accounting/Accounting/Finance or related fields
- At least experience 3 years in related field, automotive business would be preferred.
- Stakeholder Management
- Critical thinking
- Basic knowledge of Accounting/Finance is required.
- Good computer literacy, especially MS. Office: advance in MS. Excel, PowerPoint (Strong Excel skills)
- Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross functional environment is a must.
- Analysis skill, ability to think logically and systematically
- Good in English communication. Good skills in communication and interpersonal.
