Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and protection product process while maximizing profitability and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, sales ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and arrange financing, leasing, and insurance options for customers
  • Offer and explain F&I products (extended warranties, insurances, protection packages, etc.)
  • Work with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners
  • Collaborate with sales team to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Track and achieve F&I performance targets (penetration rates, gross profit, etc.)
  • Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and product offerings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or F&I Manager in automotive or powersports
  • Strong understanding of credit, lending, and deal structuring
  • High level of professionalism and customer service skills
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset; PBS and DealerVu preferred
