Role Description
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and protection product process while maximizing profitability and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, sales ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and arrange financing, leasing, and insurance options for customers
- Offer and explain F&I products (extended warranties, insurances, protection packages, etc.)
- Work with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners
- Collaborate with sales team to enhance the overall customer experience
- Track and achieve F&I performance targets (penetration rates, gross profit, etc.)
- Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and product offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or F&I Manager in automotive or powersports
- Strong understanding of credit, lending, and deal structuring
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset; PBS and DealerVu preferred
