Role Description This full-time, on-site Finance Manager role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and supports the dealership’s financial performance and customer transactions. The Finance Manager oversees auto loan and lease processes, presents financing and insurance options to customers, and ensures all contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant with regulatory and company standards. This role collaborates closely with sales and management teams to structure deals, optimize profitability, and maintain strong lender relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing credit applications, coordinating with financial institutions, tracking key performance metrics, and providing clear, professional explanations of finance products to customers. The Finance Manager also assists with internal reporting, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and contributes to continuous improvement of dealership finance operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in automotive finance or dealership F&I, including structuring vehicle financing and leasing deals.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills with the ability to interpret and present key metrics to leadership.
- Knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and compliance with applicable finance and consumer protection regulations.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, finance software, and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, CRM platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail automotive environment, collaborating effectively with sales and operations teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of integrity in handling confidential financial information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant automotive finance experience may substitute.
- Prior experience in the Dallas–Fort Worth automotive market or similar region is a plus.
