Field Sales Engineer Japan (m/f/d)

Your Exciting Field Of Work
Würth Elektronik ICS is looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to expand our brand and presence in Japan, win new customers, and actively grow the market for our products and systems. You will strengthen our current team in Japan (currently one team member) and act as the key interface between customers, system integrators, distribution partners, and our international team, focusing on the construction, agriculture, and commercial vehicle sectors.
- Conquering markets: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, system integrators, and distribution partners
- Shaping the future: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability
- Seize opportunities: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Understanding technology: Provide technical advice and project support to customers and partners
- Unfolding synergies: Plan and execute marketing and external representation activities
Your Convincing Skills
- Basics: Technical or technical-commercial education and several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in commercial vehicles/automotive
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Japanese market and target sectors
- Passion: Passion for selling technical innovations and complex products, demonstrated through initial sales successes
- Communication: Fluent in Japanese and English (German is a plus)
- Strengths: Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality
