Salary: $220,000-240,000 Base + Bonus (80/20 split)

About the Role
Seeking a customer-facing FAE to support evaluation, integration, and deployment of advanced AI processor solutions. You will work closely with customers, sales, and R&D teams to drive successful design-ins across edge AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers integrating AI processor platforms
- Support system bring-up, debugging, and performance optimisation
- Assist with AI model integration using embedded AI software stacks
- Deliver technical demos, presentations, and customer training
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and AI inference issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams on customer requirements and feedback
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of embedded software or applications engineering experience
- Strong experience with embedded Linux, C/C++, and Python
- Knowledge of SoCs, AI inference pipelines, and computer vision workloads
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX
- Strong debugging and customer communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Edge AI SoCs, GPUs, NPUs, or AI accelerators
- Familiarity with camera systems, ISPs, or video pipelines
- Understanding of AI performance metrics and edge AI applications
