Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at an OEM production site. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while acting as the key liaison between the factory, regional management, and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with OEM partners to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor production performance, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local manufacturing requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with regional headquarters on production planning and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in Automotive, EV, Motorcycle, OEM manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with good English communication skills.
