Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven External Fleet Representative for a leading company based in Springs.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong automotive industry knowledge and a proven track record in business development, fleet sales, and customer relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- 4–5 years' sales experience within the Automotive Industry
- Experience selling to fleets, workshops, or retail customers
- Fleet experience essential
- Commercial and electrical sales knowledge advantageous
- Valid driver's license
Skills & Knowledge
- Computer literate
- Strong automotive product knowledge
- Extensive motor vehicle repair knowledge
- Technical automotive background
- Electrical, mechanical and diesel knowledge
- Technical diesel background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive sales activities
- Cold call and prospect potential new customers
- Meet with prospective clients to promote products and services
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Demonstrate products and services to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally
- Identify opportunities to expand product sales within existing accounts
