Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven External Fleet Representative for a leading company based in Springs.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong automotive industry knowledge and a proven track record in business development, fleet sales, and customer relationship management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • 4–5 years' sales experience within the Automotive Industry
  • Experience selling to fleets, workshops, or retail customers
  • Fleet experience essential
  • Commercial and electrical sales knowledge advantageous
  • Valid driver's license

Skills & Knowledge

  • Computer literate
  • Strong automotive product knowledge
  • Extensive motor vehicle repair knowledge
  • Technical automotive background
  • Electrical, mechanical and diesel knowledge
  • Technical diesel background
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Cold call and prospect potential new customers
