Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles, utilizing advanced automotive technology and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues related to mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems.
- Utilise schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repair needs and recommendations.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the performance of duties.
- Assist in training junior technicians as needed, sharing knowledge of automotive repair best practices.
