COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
- $70,000 – $140,000+ annual earning potential
- Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure
- Growth path to Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager
Top performers WILL exceed $100K.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and explain maintenance & manufacturer recommendations
- Ethically and effectively sell needed services
- Coordinate with technicians to manage workflow
- Set proper promise times and maintain communication with customers
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Dealership experience REQUIRED
- Ability to excel in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of gross production
- Professional communication and appearance
- Experience with Auto Mate, XTime, or similar systems preferred
