We’re Hiring an Experienced Parts Manager
A successful automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts department. Qualifications
- 5+ years Previous Dealership Automotive Parts Manager experience is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing dealership parts operations, inventory, and personnel
- Proven ability to increase parts sales, inventory efficiency, and departmental profitability
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily parts department operations
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence
- Lead, coach, and develop the parts team
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
- Monitor departmental performance, gross profit, and inventory turns
- Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers
