We are currently looking for an Experienced Automotive General Manager!
The right candidate will oversee the operation of the entire dealership from sales to service. They will be a leader, committed to growing the business by increasing market share and developing loyal customers.
You will be expected to uphold high ethical standards, have excellent customer service, and create a positive sales environment. Candidate must have a successful proven track record with a consistent and stable work history.
Responsibilities
Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers
Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
Responsible for managing profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments
Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan
Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the dealership
Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership
Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers.

Excellent organizational skills
Must have a valid driverÆs license and clean driving record
