Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
  2. Draft and proofread emails, reports, and internal communications
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  4. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  5. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership
  6. Assist with ad hoc research, admin tasks, and project coordination
  7. Manage basic expense tracking and financial administration

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1–2 years' experience in an administrative, PA, or executive support role
  • Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills
  • Strong written English — professional, concise, and accurate
  • Discreet, reliable, and proactive in anticipating the needs of leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
  • A quiet, professional home-working environment
  • Ability to work UK business hours

R15,000 – R20,000
