Job Description / Responsibility
- Analyze and review the sales forecast and production plan to ensure optimal inventory levels of finished products
- Monitor and manage the continuous supply of raw & packaging materials, ensuring alignment with the production plan
- Oversee inventory levels of all input materials to maintain stringent control over supply chains and prevent disruptions
- Supervise and track inventory levels of finished products to meet market demand, ensuring timely distribution across the country
- Plan, organize, and deliver both on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions to foster the professional development of junior team members
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries
Experience
- ERP Software experience for 1 to 2 years
Other Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Readiness to perform in a shift-based operation
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office
