Compensation: $170K – $200K base + bonus

About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner, managing logistics, communication, and priorities in a high-growth environment. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment, and helping maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume, ever-changing executive calendar
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, interviews, and priorities
- Arrange complex travel and logistics with strong attention to detail
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners

Additional Details:
- Onsite Monday through Friday in San Francisco, CA
- Remote work on Saturdays (6-day work week)
