EV Trainer – Heavy Electric Vehicles (Buses & Trucks)
(EV | Heavy Commercial Vehicles | Practical + Classroom Training)

Salary – 35k to 45k in hand
We are looking for a hands-on Heavy Vehicle professional with strong technical and training capabilities to prepare students and technicians for careers in Electric Buses, Electric Trucks, and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs).
This role is ideal for candidates with real industry exposure who can bring production, workshop, and service-level knowledge into structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Heavy Electric Vehicle systems (bus/truck) including:
Chassis, suspension & braking systems
Drivetrain & powertrain
EV components (battery, motor, controller, BMS, charging systems)
- Conduct PPT-based classroom sessions along with hands-on practical demonstrations.
- Prepare trainees for industry standards, workshop safety, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Lead, guide, and mentor students and junior technicians during training programs.
- Support course content development, curriculum delivery, assessments, and project guidance.
- Ensure training quality, discipline, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in EV industry :
Workshop, production, or manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy electric vehicle systems.
- Good leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to deliver structured PPT presentations and practical sessions effectively.
- Experience in training material / course content handling.
- Good Marathi communication skills (verbal).
