In your Estimator role, you’ll be part of the Auto Canada Collision Centres network, assessing vehicle damages and preparing accurate estimates. Your expertise will not only involve damage evaluation but also ensure repair quality meets client and OEM standards. Exceptional customer service is key, as you’ll manage client expectations and keep them updated through the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as client contact from start to finish
• Examine vehicles to assess damage and write estimates
• Maintain quality control during repair processes
• Communicate with clients regarding repair updates
• Adhere to corporate policies and industry practices
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of Estimator experience in collision centers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational competency and attention to detail
• Proficient with Office software like Excel and Word
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe record
