- Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection
- Help families choose the right coverage
- Build relationships through service and trust
Compensation & Perks:
- Average commission per sale: $600–$800 on a beginning contract
- Performance-based raises every 2–3 months
- No quotas or income caps
