About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive direct dealer and B2B sales of our lithium battery products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution-based selling, a technical understanding of battery products, and the ability to manage relationships with dealers and key accounts across Italy and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively sell lithium battery products to dealers and key B2B customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and strategic customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Understand customer technical and commercial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics, after-sales) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as needed.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven sales experience in lithium batteries, energy storage systems (ESS), EV batteries, or industrial battery/power solutions.
  • Strong B2B sales and solution-selling skills.
  • Technical knowledge of lithium battery products is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage customer relationships, and travel internationally.
  • Based in Portugal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
