AROMARIA is a global luxury scent company headquartered in Mexico City. We design signature scents and ambient experiences for the world’s most demanding brands, including Four Seasons, Hyatt, Netflix, Volkswagen, Forbes, and Viceroy. We operate a flagship store on Regent Street in London, are expanding aggressively into the Middle East, and are preparing for our first concession at Harrods.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who wakes up hungry, stays disciplined, and closes. This person will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of high value commercial accounts across hospitality, retail, automotive, real estate, entertainment, and corporate sectors. You will sell scent marketing programs, signature scent development, and ambient scenting solutions to decision makers who expect excellence.
This is a front line, revenue generating position. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with support from our marketing and operations teams. You report directly to leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
▪ Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across target verticals in Mexico and internationally
▪ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline inside HubSpot with disciplined CRM hygiene
▪ Develop tailored commercial proposals including scent marketing programs, signature scent projects, and ongoing ambient scenting contracts
▪ Conduct in person presentations, scent experiences, and site visits with prospective clients
▪ Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets without excuses
▪ Collaborate with the Key Account Management team on seamless handoffs post sale
▪ Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new leads
▪ Provide weekly pipeline reports and accurate revenue forecasts to leadership
▪ Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within the existing client base
▪ Represent AROMARIA with the professionalism and attention to detail that a luxury brand demands

REQUIREMENTS
▪ 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, luxury, fragrance, real estate, or experiential marketing
▪ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
▪ Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
▪ Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
▪ Based in Mexico City with willingness to travel domestically and internationally
▪ University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
▪ Professional presentation and executive presence consistent with a luxury brand environment
▪ Valid passport
NICE TO HAVE
▪ Existing network in hospitality, real estate development, or corporate procurement
▪ Experience selling intangible or experiential products and services
▪ Background in scent, fragrance, design, or sensory branding
▪ Familiarity with the Mexican, LATAM, European, or Middle Eastern luxury market
