Job Description
- Managing driver schedule compliance
- Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster
- Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through Driver Training, Evaluation, Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives
- Provide Continuous Problem Solving to Identify issues, solve and prevention
- Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPI
- Standardize & Develop DM Supervisor knowledge, skill and capabilities
- Conduct regular daily, weekly & Monthly Performance Review to ensure Scorecard KPI achieved
- Collaboration with other function to execute Project related Optimization & Expansion
Requirements
- Have 5 to 10 years of experience in the transport, logistics, and driver management sector, with most recent position held at a managerial level would be an advantage
- A minimum of a diploma degree is required
- Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
