District Sales Manager – Job Description
Sales Execution
- Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned zone for automotive products (vehicles or components).
- Execute sales plans and initiatives defined at regional or national level within the zone.
- Manage and support dealers, agents, and key customers within the zone to drive volume and performance.
- Implement local sales and promotional activities across the zone to support business objectives.
- Support and participate in local events, trade shows, and product launches within the zone to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Dealers Management & Support
- Manage day-to-day communication and business follow-up with dealers and key customers in the zone.
- Support dealers’ CRM operations and payments
- Assure dealers’ quality operations NPS
- Support contract execution and commercial discussions within approved guidelines.
- Provide product and market support, including basic training and sales guidance to dealer teams in the zone.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary, to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Market Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor local market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback within the zone.
- Track sales performance and key KPIs for the zone.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports for regional management.
- Identify opportunities and risks within the zone, providing insights to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Cooperate with marketing, product, logistics, and supply chain teams to support sales execution in the zone.
- Ensure order follow-up, inventory visibility, and timely delivery across the zone.
- Act as the main point of contact between dealers/customers in the zone and internal teams.
