Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a District Operations Manager at ZIPS Car Wash LLC. The District Operations Manager oversees daily operations across multiple car wash locations, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth for the district. The person in this role will recruit, train, schedule, and coach site leaders and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance. Responsibilities also include conducting regular site visits, auditing equipment and facility condition, coordinating maintenance, implementing company initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, and Marketing to achieve district goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in retail, automotive services, car wash, or related service industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, mentor, and develop diverse, high-performing teams across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial and operational reports, and use data to drive decisions and performance improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple sites and projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining safety, quality, and customer service standards in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Comfort with technology, including use of operational systems, reporting tools, and mobile applications for communication and performance tracking.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district to conduct site visits, audits, and team meetings; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business
