This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, forward-thinking team at the heart of Stellantis’ Parts & Services business. In this influential role, you will drive commercial growth across the UK network, helping to maximise sales, market share, customer satisfaction and profitability.

As the strategic lead for sell-in and sell-out performance, you will work across multiple channels, collaborating with internal stakeholders, aftermarket partners and the Distrigo network to identify opportunities, implement innovative commercial strategies and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the NSC lead and subject matter expert for all sell-in activities and sell-out performance.
  • Take ownership of Net Sales and GCR growth within the Parts & Services P&L, driving sustainable commercial success.
  • Develop and execute strategies that grow market share, expand market coverage and increase parts penetration through the Distrigo network.
  • Design and implement commercial policies that accelerate sell-out performance while optimising stock management.
  • Lead key strategic initiatives across channels and product groups to deliver profitable growth.
  • Plan, manage and evaluate central projects across the Distrigo network, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify underperforming channels and product categories, creating and implementing recovery plans that drive improvement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance and wider NSC teams to align commercial activities with business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence across Distrigo Hubs by monitoring key performance indicators, including delivery performance, stock availability, transport costs and service levels, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stellantis teams, suppliers and workshops to ensure outstanding product availability and customer service.
  • Inspire, support and develop warehouse, distribution and field teams, fostering a high-performance culture throughout the network.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM), developing and delivering effective go-to-market strategies alongside the NSC IAM Manager.
