About the Role:
We're hiring a Director of Sales to lead and scale our B2B SaaS sales organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll own sales strategy, revenue growth, team leadership, and customer expansion across the automotive finance and consumer lending verticals. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven sales executive who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a scalable B2B SaaS sales strategy that drives revenue growth, opens new markets, and expands distribution channels.
- Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Lead the sales forecasting process, partner with Finance to set accurate revenue targets, and deliver reliable pipeline reporting to inform executive decisions.
- Sales Leadership & Team Development: Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quota achievement while developing the next generation of sales leaders.
- Revenue & Profitability Ownership: Own and exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Track KPIs, pipeline health, and sales performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align go-to-market strategy, lead generation, and customer experience.
- Customer & Partner Relationships: Build executive-level relationships with key accounts, software affiliate partners, and strategic stakeholders to drive retention and expansion.
- Sales Operations & Enablement: Optimize sales processes, tools, and technology (Salesforce CRM, sales automation) to scale productivity and efficiency.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in automotive finance, consumer lending, and compliance technology to sharpen positioning.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- 5+ years in sales leadership at the Director level or above, leading and scaling sales teams.
- Demonstrated success owning forecasting, revenue targets, and strategic sales planning.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and modern sales automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence — comfortable engaging C-level decision makers.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic agility.
- Experience in fintech, automotive finance, consumer lending, credit reporting, or compliance software is a strong plus.
