Role: Enterprise Retail Sales Director
Project location: Multiple location in US
Role Description
Our client is seeking a senior enterprise retail hunter to lead new logo acquisition across North America.
This is a strategic growth charter. You will build, shape, and close large scale retail transformation programs such as unified commerce, store of the future initiatives, merchandising and supply chain modernization, AI powered engineering, QA, and long-term managed services engagements.
This is an enterprise new business role with significant revenue responsibility and executive visibility.
Establish client as a trusted transformation partner within the retail ecosystem
Establish executive relationships at CIO, CDO, CTO, CMO, Chief Merchandising Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and business leadership levels
Create and convert a qualified enterprise pipeline within named accounts
Win strategic retail logos across fashion, specialty, grocery, big box, and digital native brands
Design account specific engagement plans aligned to retail sub verticals
Partner with consulting, presales to drive focused account-based campaigns
Lead executive briefings and transformation workshops
Leverage industry events such as NRF, Shoptalk, Oracle forums, Dreamforce etc. to accelerate pipeline
Expand revenue within newly won logos for up to two years following the initial engagement by driving cross sales across customer portfolios and Aspire end to end retail offerings.
Build a multi year account roadmap focused on annuity and sustainable growth
Prepare and transition the account to a designated Account Manager once the relationship is stable and expansion momentum is established
