Position Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple manufacturing, sequencing, warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Maintain full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across assigned locations.
  • Partner with customers to build strong relationships while ensuring contractual commitments and service expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, profitability, quality, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Standardized Work methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Materials, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Business Development to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop annual operating budgets, manage expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and employee development.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within automotive manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or 3PL environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading multiple facilities, business units, or large-scale operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer-facing operations supporting OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Experience leading large salaried and hourly workforces in multi-shift operations.
  • Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
