Position Summary

  • Responsible Overall responsible for the P&L and daily operations of the hardware factory, overseeing production, quality, supply chain, engineering, safety, and team management. Drive lean manufacturing and automation upgrades to ensure on‑time delivery, cost control, and high quality.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership – Develop and execute annual operation plans; fully responsible for profit, cost, delivery, quality, and safety.

Production & Delivery – Oversee stamping, die-casting, machining, surface treatment, welding, assembly – ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Lean & Cost Reduction – Drive lean, automation, TPM, SMED; improve OEE and yield, reduce manufacturing cost.

Supply Chain & Inventory – Lead PMC (production & material control); optimize inventory turnover, reduce slow-moving and WIP.

Quality & Technology – Run ISO9001/IATF16949, handle customer complaints & 8D; promote process improvement and NPI.

Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety responsibility system, ensure environmental compliance (wastewater/exhaust/solid waste), prevent major accidents.

Team & Finance – Build a high-performing management team, implement performance management; control labor, material, and expense costs to meet annual reduction targets.

Requirements

  • University degree and major in Industrial or Scientific Engineering, Industry and Business Administration or related
  • 10+ years working experience with minimum 3 years production managerial position in equal level,
  • At least 5 years of overseas study or overseas work experience. English must be proficient as a working language (comfortable with cross-border meetings, technical documents, and customer audits).
  • Proficient in lean, 5S, TPM – proven track record in automation-driven cost reduction.
  • Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
  • Strong cost awareness, data sensitivity – hands-on problem solver on shop floor.
  • Excellent leadership, resilience, adaptable to fast-paced production.
  • Plus: Experience in hardware factories serving automotive, home appliance, or power tool industries.

  • Having good communication with all levels of staff, good integration skills

  • Ability to handle multiple customers/priorities with minimal supervision, under challenging conditions
  • Strong oral, written, analysis and presentation skills
  • Able to anticipate the needs of internal/external management and to resolve any issues impacting production plan satisfaction
  • Strong project planning, management and execution skills
  • Strong technical and engineering skill is preferred
