Bayside European Group is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Creator to help us build our brands across social media.
We represent some exciting automotive brands including CUPRA, Peugeot, Volkswagen, INEOS Grenadier, Geely, GAC and Ironman 4×4, with locations across Melbourne’s south-east.
We are looking for a creative, motivated person who lives and breathes social media to take responsibility for growing our digital presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
This role would suit someone recently out of university or early in their marketing career who wants real responsibility, creative freedom and the opportunity to build something exciting.
What you'll be doing
• Creating engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Producing short-form video content (reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Helping tell the story of our brands, vehicles and events
• Supporting dealership promotions and campaigns+ website
• Working with our leadership team to grow our online audience
• Monitoring engagement and helping improve our digital marketing performance
What we’re looking for
• A recent graduate or early career marketer
• Passion for content creation and social media
• Understanding of digital platforms and trends
• Basic skills in video editing, photography or design (Canva, CapCut, Adobe etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Someone proactive who enjoys bringing creative ideas

Location: Melbourne – Brighton / Frankston
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + super
