Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Launch Manager / Executive Administrator. The role involves end-to-end coordination of digital launches, managing project timelines, organizing resources, and collaborating with team members to ensure deliverables are met. Responsibilities also include providing executive-level administrative support, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining organizational systems, and contributing to the efficiency of company operations. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Expertise in project management, event coordination, and managing digital product launches
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools for communication, scheduling, and collaboration (e.g., Google Workspace, project management platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in handling client and team correspondence
- Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and problem-solve effectively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and engagement strategy is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
