At Taylor Automotive & Tire, we’re looking for an experienced Diesel Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman who is ready to take the lead. What We Offer
- $70,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience, skill level, and what you bring to the team
- $500 sign-on bonus

Your Responsibilities
As our Diesel Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and other vehicles across a wide range of automotive systems
- Perform accurate, high-quality repairs and help maintain strong workmanship standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Help the team troubleshoot difficult diagnostic and repair concerns
- Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and management to keep work moving efficiently
- Lead by example and contribute to a professional, team-focused shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diesel diagnostic and repair experience
- Proven Master Technician-level knowledge and skills
- The ability to lead, mentor, and support other technicians
- A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to commute to or relocate to Kaufman, Texas, before starting work
