Nitol Motors Limited is looking for DGM/Sr. DGM – Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with Nitol Motors Ltd. (NML) guidelines and business goals.
  • Set sales targets based on Total Industry Volume (TIV) and ensure consistent achievement across all regions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.

2. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop actionable insights and counter – strategies to strengthen market position and increase share.

3. Channel Development & Expansion

  • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners to expand market coverage.
  • Supervise and evaluate partner performance, ensuring alignment with company standards and targets.

4. Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute national-level marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing communication, advertising, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and control the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
  • Plan and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Develop manpower plans in line with market growth and business expansion.

6. Business Development & Product Diversification

  • Explore new business opportunities, product categories, and import sources (e.g., non-TGP parts such as EDPCS filters, compressors, etc.).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Conduct sales analysis, prepare performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations for decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of divisional operations with overall company objectives and compliance with NML requirements.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Data Analyst, Sales Team Leadership, Good Ms office and Emailing skill
