What You’ll Do
- Ensuring correct detail has been completed
- Updating management on performance for assigned lane(s)
- Making sure each vehicle is reported as complete using operating systems
- Maintaining the flow of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Verifying assigned lanes have the materials needed to complete details
- Keeping tools and equipment in excellent shape
- Completing work orders and other vehicle documentation
By the way, a valid driver’s license is a must. We’ll need you to drive some of these bad boys from point A to point
B. If you know your way around auto detailing, painting, and some simple repairs, that’s another plus.

Who You Are
First, you’re a safe and capable driver with a track record to prove it. You can drive both an automatic and a manual like a boss. The physical demands required to get a vehicle looking like a million bucks are no problem for you. Doing a great job matters to you, and working with a tight‑knit group to get the job done right gets you even more pumped.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and lean for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of auto detailing, paint application processes, and associated repair procedures (preferred but not required)
Compensation
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.59 – $24.86 per hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on location and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
