Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive service department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve department goals
- Ensure efficient workflow, scheduling, and repair quality
- Coach and mentor employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to increase customer satisfaction and department profitability
- Experience managing service department operations and personnel
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and service processes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
