Role Description The Dealership Development Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Euroley, NSW. This role is responsible for establishing, expanding, and strengthening Ultric Motors’ dealership network, ensuring consistent brand representation and customer experience across regions. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential dealership partners, negotiating agreements, setting performance standards, and implementing development plans to improve sales and service capabilities. The person in this position will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams to align dealership strategies with product offerings and market trends. Responsibilities also include monitoring dealership performance, providing training and guidance to dealer teams, analyzing regional market opportunities, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience using data-driven insights to guide dealership expansion and performance improvement.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to build, mentor, and motivate internal teams and dealer partners.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) exposure and market research capabilities to understand customer needs and inform network strategy.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee dealership development initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Relevant experience in automotive or commercial vehicle dealership operations, network development, or channel management is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Euroley, NSW, with flexibility for regional travel as required.
