Roles And Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the performance of Kia dealerships across Nepal.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Monitor dealer operations, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership principals and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Other Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field (preferred).
- A strong understanding of the Nepali automotive market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
