About the role
RGNT Motorcycles is a Swedish electric motorcycle brand — and we're looking for a Business Manager to own our dealer network across Germany, Austria and Northern Italy. This is an 80% field-based role. You'll be on the road, visiting dealerships, running live demos and signing new partners. You'll have a fully equipped van and two RGNT demo motorcycles to work with.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and sign new motorcycle dealerships across your territory
- Run live demos and test rides with your dedicated bikes and van
- Onboard and develop dealer relationships to drive performance
- Represent RGNT at events and trade shows in the region
Requirements
- B2B field sales experience — automotive or powersports preferred
- Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach
- Willing to travel ~80% of working time
- Fluent in German, Italian and English (all three required)
- Passion for motorcycles or electric vehicles
