Role Title: Dealer Network Development Manager

Role Purpose

To drive dealer network effectiveness, profitability, and readiness by ensuring process excellence, systems standardization, and continuous capability enhancement across all dealerships.

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the dealer network by enforcing strong process discipline and enabling sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Development & Performance

  • Drive network planning and coverage expansion to ensure strategic presence across markets and maximize business potential.
  • Design and implement workshops aligned with Corporate Identity (CI) norms to optimize dealer infrastructure and service readiness.
  • Conduct periodic dealer performance reviews to evaluate business health, profitability, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Identify underperforming dealerships, recommend improvement plans, and oversee implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strengthen dealer capability through structured engagement, capability-building, and performance enhancement programs.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure a uniform brand experience across all customer touchpoints, including sales and after-sales.

2. Systems, Processes & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and standardize systems, processes, and review mechanisms across dealerships and regions to ensure consistent operations and governance.
  • Implement and monitor business analytics and intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making and dealership profitability tracking.
  • Lead process improvement and re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and overall dealer–customer experience.
  • Identify and replicate Good Working Practices (GWPs) within the automotive industry to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct dealership audits to assess adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend corrective actions to sustain compliance and performance.
  • Ensure organizational and dealer readiness for new or updated systems, digital tools, and operational frameworks.
