Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Dealer Development Admin Officer. The role involves providing administrative support to the dealer development division, managing communications, organizing data, coordinating with dealerships, and assisting in maintaining smooth operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, fostering positive dealer relationships, and supporting the preparation of reports and presentations, while ensuring effective communication within the department.
Dealer Development Officer – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising (most preferred), Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in dealer development, sales operations, business development, or related roles (preferred)
- Strong background in general administration, administrative assistance, coordination, reporting, and account management
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), office software, and documentation systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence with strong client-facing, relationship-building, and dealer management capabilities
- Preferred profile: Female candidates aged 23–35 with strong professional presence and client-facing confidence
