The Role
• Partner with business leaders to deeply understand strategic objectives and translate them into clear data requirements.
• Design, build, and optimize data tables and architecture in a cloud data warehouse to support scalable analytics.
• Develop and maintain datasets that power both reporting/analytics and production use cases, such as decisioning pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for various analytical tools and integrated systems.
• Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and iteration.
• Socialize data solutions and influence stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure long-term scalability.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like economics, data analytics, engineering, statistics, or mathematics.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, engineering, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and Excel.
• A strong aptitude for digging into business problems and building foundational data solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and exceeding goals.
